Dillon
Clock Stopper
Named for L.T. Dillon, the long-time jeweler who made the iconic
Northwood Street Clock that still keeps time today. This beer also
harkens back to a time before prohibition when the basic lager beers
were maltier, hoppier and more flavorful than the watered down version
of today's factory beers. Light-colored with a bit of yeast haze. Made
with U.S. malted barley and 15% flaked maize.
