Real Ale Relief
Worth Brewing Company has announced its Real Ale Relief
program to aid non-profits in north Iowa and southern Minnesota. The
fourth Friday of each month all proceeds from one cask of “Real Ale”
will be donated to a local non-profit. Real Ale, or cask conditioned
ale, is a traditional English beer with natural carbonation served
direct by gravity from the cask at the bar.
“We’re blessed to have received such good support
from our customers over the past five years and are fortunate to be able
to give back to the community,” said co-owner Margaret Bishop.
Worth Brewing Company has hand-crafted beer in Northwood since 2007.
Non-profits within Worth County and the surrounding counties can
apply.
