Slim Jim   
 

Named after our brewery "facility manager" Jim Price, who worked at Coors for years before volunteering his talents toward the Worth Brewing Company rehabilitation. Jim was an avid Coors Light fan but now calls this beer his favorite and won't touch factory beer. Slim Jim is our version of a cream ale. It is light in color and body but packs big flavor reminiscent of the beers common before Prohibition.  U.S. 2-row malt  and 5 percent flaked maize lighten the malt profile.
